After 22 years in the Air Force, Andrew continues to pursue his passion for photography—capturing everything from wildlife and nature to artful architectural details and meaningful events. Jolynne has spent years creating handmade treasures, from intricate shadow boxes to cozy quilts, and is now stepping forward to share those creations more widely.
Together, we believe in giving our all—bringing beauty into the world, telling meaningful stories, and making a difference through both our art and our involvement in the community.
What began as a passion project has grown into a shared dream: to build a thriving creative studio that supports our family, encourages our children to chase their dreams, and allows us to give back to the community we are proud to call home.
Jolynne Hersey
Jolynne has always found joy in creating handmade treasures—from intricate shadow boxes and cozy quilts to beautifully customizable décor. Through Ampersand Creations, she brings her vision to life, crafting each piece with love, care, and a deep attention to detail.
Her creativity also extends into Ampersand Moments, where she embraces a more whimsical, artistic side—adding a touch of magic and imagination to life’s everyday moments.
At home, Jolynne’s passion for creativity continues through Hersey Homeschool Academy, where she blends art, learning, and hands-on experiences to inspire curiosity and a love for creating in the next generation.
She is passionate about creating work that connects—pieces that touch hearts, celebrate individuality, and bring lasting beauty into everyday life.
